Peek Crashing After Recording Has Ended

Hello,

I have a 360 subscription and have tried to use Peek as a recording tool. Each time I try, it loads fine (can sometimes take a while to open), I can record fine, but when I try and stop the recording it takes a few attempts before it stops, then I can't even access the recording before an error message comes up. The error message is now so quick I can't even screenshot what it says. I have uninstalled Peek and the reinstalled as per the Peek repair advice but I am having the same issue. Any suggestions welcome.

Welcome to E-Learning Heroes, Hayley! ⭐️

Sorry to hear Peek is causing you so much trouble. Happy to help!

If you're using Peek 360 for Windows, can you walk through these next steps:

    1. Type Turn Windows features on or off in the search field on your taskbar. (If the search field isn't visible, right-click the Start button and choose Search.)
    2. Click Turn Windows features on or off in the search results.
    3. Mark the box for .NET Framework 4.8 Advanced Services if it's not already selected and click OK.

If that doesn't work, don't hesitate to reach out to us in a support case so that we can troubleshoot with you directly!
