Peek360 Fails to Open
Recently, my two end-users are logging in to their computers, launching Articulate, then attempting to launch Peek.
Peek will launch and show as a "camera" icon in the system tray... When you hover over the Peek icon, it unceremoniously disappears.
I have tried the uninstall/re-install Peek.
I have checked the .Net 4.8
I have full uninstall reinstall of Articulate (freshly downloaded today).
None of these worked. I'm at stand still.

Hi Randall, Please check out this thread for a few things to try. If those don't help, we'd recommend opening up a support case with us.

Support case submitted. Still unable to work. This is a work stoppage.

Thank you.. and I replied. The "blocking" issue is due to the LSA > FipsAlogrithmPolicy blocking the security vulnerable Peek and the outdated encryption.
Not a good time. And... CMMC computers that must be compliant will not be able to use Articulate and the sub apps. I'm assuming that my organization is not the only CMMC customer.
We will see how this goes.
