Percentage sign
Hi All,
I am a storyline user, but recently while trying my hands on to learn something new, i got stuck with below problem.
What is percentage mark in storyline used for? For example, in a text box, there is written %hello% like this. I want to know the relevance of it. Can anyone please help and guide me?
Great question. Percentage signs on each end of a word are used to recall a variable value. You can also insert variable reference, by using insert/reference from the ribbon. You typically no longer see the percentage marks in the story text any more, unless you are referencing a variable that does not exist.
