Unable to sign in
Anytime i try to sign into articulate 360 from storyline it opens in a browser for me to sign in, i sign in, in the browser it appears i'm signed in as my profile pic is in the top right corner but the pop up remains and says "you're being redirected to your web browser to sign in". Then it just loops, having me sign in again.
I've changed my default browser from chrome to firefox to edge and each one does the same.
I've uninstalled articulate 360 and reinstalled. Same issue remains.
Is there a fix anyone knows about that i'm missing?

I have the same issue. I have wasted days on researching and fixing it. I found that this issue has been for a while, more than 3 months. I really hope it will be resolved SOON!

Just letting you know that I responded to you in the other post you made. I opened a support case on your behalf so we can have someone from our team check why you're having trouble signing in from one of your laptops. It sounds like an isolated case that may require reinstallation of Articulate 360. You're in good hands, and we'll continue the conversation in the support case!

I have had this problem since Thursday 20th. My company has opened a ticket with support but so far there is no fix. Incredibly frustrating, I cannot use Storyline at all.

So sorry to hear you're also having trouble logging into Storyline 360!
I'm not seeing any recent support cases under your Articulate ID, or from other colleagues on your Teams subscription. Not to worry! I've opened a new support case on your behalf so our support engineers can address this behavior. You're in excellent hands troubleshooting with them and they should be connecting with you via e-mail shortly!

I'm having the same problem. I try to log in, but it just keeps looping! And now I need to access RIse to create a bunch of content to deliver this week! Can someone from the Articulate development team help me out?

Same here! My colleague and I can't log in to Review 360 or Rise 360. Many others report the same. Why can't we see this on Articulate Status?

Thanks for letting us know. We’re currently seeing sign-in issues like this as part of the ongoing outage with our cloud service provider, which is affecting several Articulate 360 features.

Unfortunately I am still not able to access Articulate Storyline on my computer. I am able to log-in and use Rise - see below. I am logged in online, however still getting prompted to sign in - the sign in to Articulate 360 button loops between Sign In and Start Over when clicked. Please advise.
