Unable to sign in

Hello everyone,
I have good news to share! We monitored our systems overnight, and they’ve remained stable. This issue is resolved. Thanks so much for your patience.
If you run into any issues using Articulate 360 going forward, please let us know.
Unfortunately I am still not able to access Articulate Storyline on my computer. I am able to log-in and use Rise - see below. I am logged in online, however still getting prompted to sign in - the sign in to Articulate 360 button loops between Sign In and Start Over when clicked. Please advise.

Testing the process across multiple browsers was a smart first step. I'd like to connect you with our support engineers so they can help troubleshoot this further. I've opened a support case on your behalf and they should be following up with you shortly!
