It's possible, but you'll have to organised - and this scenario is more suitable for a Storyline build where you could use variables.

However, in Rise, you would want to turn the navigation off, so users are forced down the branch which is applicable to their occupation. I would simply use a button/button stack asset, the button label would be their occupation and then clicking it would force them down the relevant path.
