Thanks for reaching out about customizing your question slides to match your company's branding. It appears you've already made great progress with the radio buttons and some hover colors!

For the "Matching: drop-down" question slide, the hover color of the answers can be changed if you change the 'Custom 2' color in the Theme Colors. I've changed it to a light green. You can check the updated project file here.
