Photos and Illustrations not working
Hi everyone,
Ive just found that i am unable to search and therefore unable to insert any Photo or Illustration from the "insert" tab.
Ive included a screen shot that shows what any search results in - the search works for icons and videos
any help would be greatly appreciated

If you are still having problems after adding those to your allow list, I encourage you to open a support case with our engineers so we can see what's going on.

this is all locked down by our IT dept so i will need to run it by them,so it could be a while before i get word back or update the post.
