Picture Shape -> Rounded Single Corner

This is probably obvious, but if you select Picture Shape -> Rounded Single Corner, how to do you change which corner is rounded,  i.e. from the default upper right to lower left?

  • You should see the yellow box to drag when you select the object. That will appear with the rounded corner.

    See here

Yeah, got that, but how do I change which corner it is? Moving the yellow
box doesn't seem to work. (Sorry if I"m being dense).

  • Rotate the shape to put the round corner where you want it. You may have to change the ratio and size of the shape .

Better insert the round single corner rectangle shape, rotate it however you want, and fill the shape with a picture. In Format Shape, uncheck "Rotate with shape" option.

  • Thank you, Nedim. Should have worked, but when I inserted the picture, it's rotated!

      Hi Ellen,

I'm happy to jump in here; I'm glad you're getting help from our community members! I agree with Nedim's solution, and I'd like to outline the steps below:

      1. Insert a Round single corner rectangle shape.
      2. Rotate it so that the round single corner is at the bottom left.
      3. Format the shape fill as Picture or texture fill.
      4. Untick Rotate with shape.

I prepared a short Peek 360 recording to illustrate the above. If you require any further information, please let me know!

Uncheck Rotate with Shape. Thank you so much. I knew it was probably
        obvious.
