Picture Shape -> Rounded Single Corner
This is probably obvious, but if you select Picture Shape -> Rounded Single Corner, how to do you change which corner is rounded, i.e. from the default upper right to lower left?

I'm happy to jump in here; I'm glad you're getting help from our community members! I agree with Nedim's solution, and I'd like to outline the steps below:
- Insert a Round single corner rectangle shape.
- Rotate it so that the round single corner is at the bottom left.
- Format the shape fill as Picture or texture fill.
- Untick Rotate with shape.
