Pinch to zoom functionality
Hi,
As part of the follow-up to some of our training courses on tablets (and not computers), we need to be able to zoom on pictures or other things on the tablet. Currently, it does not work when I upload the file for the web (to storyline) and watch it with a tablet. Is this functionality available on tablet? I read that the pinch-to-zoom functionality are supported by the modern player on mobile devices, perhaps not for tablet ?

The gesture Pinch or double-tap to zoom in and out is fully supported in Storyline 360 for both tablets and mobile phones. If you are encountering any issues with certain gestures when viewing your course on tablets, make sure that you are using a supported browser when viewing your course. If your browsers are already supported and updated, reach out to our support team by opening a case so we can take a closer look at what's happening.
I've opened a case (00892713). I can't get pinch to zoom working in a published mobile course after the most recent update.
