Play Button displaying as a White Circle in 360 Photos and Play button sometimes turns entire slide white

I have a 360 Photo project that I've built in Storyline. Everything seems to be working well, except that the Play Buttons on the 360 Photo nodes are displaying as white dots. I cannot figure out what happened to cause this. I have 2 different projects using 360 Photos, so I loaded 2 screenshots (1 from each) to show how each displays. The problem is only affecting 1 of the projects.

The other issue I'm having, which occurs randomly, is that when clicking the play button, sometimes it will cause the entire slide to be a plain white background (not displaying the 360 photo anymore) until resetting the slide/project. I think this issue is a bug within Storyline more so than a setting, because it happens randomly.
