Player buttons don't work properly

I'm developing a course with the Storyline tool, I configured the player to have a full screen function, but it's not working correctly.

Attached is a video demonstrating the same file on desktop and mobile, some devices work and others don't. I saw that you have other discussions on the subject but without any conclusion.

I would like to know if you have any solution to my problem.

I've already done the test of exporting the file in different ways and I'm embedding it on my website through an iframe(i'm not using LMS).

    Thanks so much for reaching out! I appreciate you sharing videos of what you are experiencing with your player buttons.

    I have a few questions in order to better assist you: 

    • Could you please share what desktop and mobile devices you are currently using? If you are using an iPhone, could you also share what generation device and iOS version is currently running? 
    • Are you running on the latest version of Storyline 360? Our latest version is (Build 3.76.30446.0)
    • Are you experiencing this behavior when previewing your course? 

    It would be helpful to see your .story file in order to take a closer look. Feel free to share in this thread or privately in a support case.
