Player Settings and Preview not working
I'm using Storyline 2 and have the latest build. I am unable to do the following 2 things
1. Preview a slide or scene. If I click Preview, preview screen loads blank
2. Edit player Setting. If I click Player from menu - nothing happens.

Storyline 2 relied on Flash to operate, and Adobe discontinued Flash in January 2021.
We recommend upgrading to Storyline 3 or Articulate 360 (which includes both Storyline 360 and Studio 360). These apps don’t have any Flash dependencies, and their HTML5 output works in all major browsers. Compare versions of Storyline and Studio to see all the new features you’ll get.

Thanks for clarifying that - I suspected that was the case.
I've not used Storyline for about 1 year so a bit of date with these updates
