Player Tab Not Working
Hello, I'm having issues when creating a course "Exit" link as a player tab in my courses.
I am creating a new Player Tab titled "Bookmark/Exit" that should exit the course when clicked. The link is located in the Topbar of the player.
We have launched several large trainings where users will click the link but the course does not exit or close. Because the link doesn't work, users are not able to correctly exit the course and progress is not being tracked.
We have worked with our LMS administrators and they are unable to find an issue on their end that would cause the link in the player to not work.
I am publishing in SCORM 1.2 per the LMS admins

Not sure which LMS you are working in... Have you used this button configuration before (so the problem is now appearing recently), or is this the first time you have tried it? Have you tried simply naming the button "Exit" to see if the behavior persists? And which browsers are showing the behavior?
