OK, as soon as I posted the above inquiry, I remembered the "Feedback" slide master and that I could probably manipulate it to accomplish what I need to do. I was right...worked like a charm! This resolved issues related to question #1, but I still need assistance with questions #2 and/or #3, please.

Could you explain what you did on the feedback slide master that worked like a charm? I can't see anything relevant there.
