Please remove option to retake quiz when user scores 100%

Hi, Dan! Thanks so much for that feedback! Right now, learners will always see the "take again" option when they complete a quiz, unless they have used all of their quiz attempts. If we add a feature that allows you to remove that "take again" option in the future, we'll let you know!
