PPT Import Error

Hi, I am trying to import 27 slides into 360 and am receiving this error message. "We're sorry, something went wrong with Articulate Storyline and it might close. You can help us fix this bug by sending us information on what went wrong. Be as detailed as possible."

 I've also tried to import just one slide. In addition, a colleague of mine tried as well and received the same error message.

Please help!
