Pre-check multiple attempts
Hello!
I've created a branching scenario that includes a pre-check as well as a final assessment. Like most pre-checks, if the user passes, they can bypass the course content and complete the course.
However, what is to stop a user from failing the pre-check, closing the course, and upon reaccessing the course selecting 'restart' and just creating a perpetual loop of doing the pre-check until they pass?
As RonPrice referred to, you can set your Player Properties so a course always resumes where the user was when they exited.
Open the Player Properties with the Player button on the Home ribbon. Then go to the Other section. Change the "On restart" drop-down to Always resume.
That will prevent folks from relaunching the course from scratch and retaking the pretest.

Have you tried setting your player properties to always resume?
