Predefined templates in Storyline 360

So sorry to hear you're having difficulties with publishing/previewing when using Content Library templates.  I understand how frustrating that can be, and I'm happy to help!

I have a few questions in order to assist you better:

• What version of Storyline are you currently working on? ( Our latest release is Build 3.73.30119.0)
• Does this behavior happen when working in a brand new .story file?
• Would you be able to send us a screen recording of what happens when you attempt to publish/preview your course? That will help us better understand this behavior.

Hi!

In our organization we use V3.68.280020.0. I have the same problem when I want to preview the slides without any sort of adaption. 

The problem occurs in new story files as well. Unfortunately I am not allowed to record anything on my screen, since I work in defense industry. I can send you a few screenshots (that is approved from a security perspective), if that helps? Can I send it to you? I don't want to attach the screenshots  in this public forum.
