Premiere Video Export Settings for Rise

Hello!  I've been creating videos for a Rise course using Adobe Premiere Pro.  What export settings should I be using for the most optimal 16:9 video?

    Thanks, Karl, I've already seen that. I'm looking more for specific Premiere Pro export settings, as the OP stated. e.g. Encoding Settings, Bitrate Settings
