I don't see that we identified this as a bug as of yet, but we are happy to explore further. Could you help with these clues?
- Does the freezing happen when previewing any course in Presenter 360? Or, does it only occur with the published output hosted in the Bistrainer LMS?
- Working on a shared drive can cause loading issues. Let's make sure that the files are saved and published on a local c: drive.
