Preserve file quality on videos BUG

I have created a test course in Rise to compare the video file size difference after publishing with the 'Preserve file quality' option ON and OFF. 

I am using just one video and when I select the option ON I usually get this error: 

If I try again the video finally uploads but when I exit the course and enter again it's reverted back to the default Rise beach video!

Please can this be fixed.
