Problem with SCORM 2004 reporting in LMS (Kallidus)

Hi,

I have created a course in Storyline and uploaded it to the LMS as a SCORM 2004 file, it doesn't seem to be sending the results to report on. I have asked the LMS provider and they said the file isn't sending us the details to be able to put information into the SCORM report. 

I have tried various editions, and can't find anything else that I can change when I choose 'publish' to enable it the LMS to report on the results. Would anybody be able to help with this?
