LMS (Kallidus) is not reporting quiz score
I am very new to Articulate, this is my first project. I have set up a quiz, then I have a review slide after the quiz so they can go back and check their answers before submitting, then I have the results slide, where they can also go back and see the correct/incorrect answers.
I am publishing the quiz as Scorm 2004 4th and it is being uploaded to Kallidus LMS.
I can see the passed/failed is being reported but the % score and the time taken are both zero.
Can anyone tell me what I am missing? I have attached a picture of my review and results slide triggers and also the Kallidus results.
NB. I cannot use Scorm Cloud as it is currently blocked by my workplace.
Hi, I'm happy to give you a few things to check.
- Make sure your LMS supports SCORM 2004 4th edition. Some LMS system tops out at 3rd edition.
- On your results slide, make sure you have a trigger set to submit the results of the exam when timeline starts.
- On your Reporting and Tracking Options (shown when publishing) make sure you have a check next to When the learner completes a quiz.
- On your Reporting and Tracking Options, make sure for LMS Reporting, you select Passed/Incomplete (to retry) or Passed/Failed if it's one and done.
Hope that helps. Feel free to reach out to me if you continue to experience issues.

I checked all the settings matched the screenshots you sent me. I had checked with Kallidus and they do accept 4th, but I changed to 3rd just to see and it all appears to be working.
Thank you so much for you help.
