Problem with updating/replacing images in new blocks
I tried the cache trick but that didn't work unfortunately. If I remove the original image and try to place one myself, all I get is a frame showing where the image should be but is totally blank. Tried moving things to the front or back but no difference. Must be a bug that hopefully they can fix fairly easily.
Hi all! Unfortunately, I'm not able to recreate this issue. I've replaced images in the Mixed Media - human response block using all options, and the replacement image loaded without any issues. If clearing the cache didn't work, does using another browser make a difference?

I am using Edge (basically Chrome) but unfortunately I don't have access to another browser as this is tied down for various security reasons. I can always record the screen for you but all it will show is....nothing.

Thanks for the update, RichardHarker! I've tested this in Edge as well, and I still am not running into any issues replacing the images. Which option are you choosing when replacing the image?

Problem solved.....we have end point protector on our system and there must have been a change in the URL, combined with access to an AI tool it set of alarms and blocked all functionality. Might be useful for others who use the same security software as minor changes to links can cause all kinds of problems if using end point protector and it doesn't appear obvious t could be that because a lot of the functionality continues to work fine.
