    Hi MayraCanuto​,

    I'm happy to share that we just released a new update for Rise 360!

    This update fixes the issue you ran into where:

    • Author icon is missing when publishing to Review 360 or LMS for EU data center-based users

     

    There's nothing to install for web-based apps, as new features and fixes are immediately available. Please let us know if you have any questions about this update or the issue you reported.

I apologize for the delay, and thank you so much for helping me with my question. I havent publish my training, but as soon as I finalize it, I will let you know and tell you if the issue continues or is solved. Thank you again :)
