Problems with 360 degree image tour in Articulate 360 on IOS

Hi,

I have created a building tour comprising a series of 360 images (lots of them) which is great.This presentation works really well on desktop via the chosen LMS however when trying to access and play this content on IOS devices it is really problematic, 10 or so clicks into the presentation the images start to appear black or as if they are loading sometimes it just wont play at all any thoughts ?

    Sorry to hear you've run into this setback when viewing a course on an iOS device!

    It would be helpful to have a closer look at your project file and test the functionality on our end. I've opened a support case on your behalf so you can share your course with our support engineers privately. They'll be able to test the behavior on the appropriate iOS device.
