Process block does not allow mp3 upload
Hi Edit,
Sorry to hear you're having trouble with audio files in a process block. Here are a few things that should help resolve the issue:
- Log out of Rise 360, then log back in.
- Try a different web browser - these are supported for authoring.
- Add a new process block, and upload the audio file there to see if it uploads successfully.
If you're still hitting an error, please send the MP3 file to our team by opening a case. We'll test it from our side!
I am having a similar issue with a labeled graphic - will try these steps, thank you!
I was having the same problem using the labeled graphic block. I discovered that I could add the audio by clicking "record audio" and then selecting "upload file". that also made it possible to upload both a visual image and the audio voice-over, which in my opinion was a much better solution for the learner.
Amy - I was trying to figure out how to upload an mp3 to a process block for testing and this comment (although 2 years old) was so helpful! Thank you. :)
