Process block does not allow mp3 upload
Hello, I am facing an audio upload issue. When upload an mp3 as simple audio block, it seems to work. As soon as I upload the same file to the process block, Rise does not recognize the file as audi...
I am having a similar issue with a labeled graphic - will try these steps, thank you!
I was having the same problem using the labeled graphic block. I discovered that I could add the audio by clicking "record audio" and then selecting "upload file". that also made it possible to upload both a visual image and the audio voice-over, which in my opinion was a much better solution for the learner.
Amy - I was trying to figure out how to upload an mp3 to a process block for testing and this comment (although 2 years old) was so helpful! Thank you. :)
