project cannot open
SCORM is not intended to run directly on a website without an LMS or SCORM player. To use SCORM content effectively on your website, you need either an LMS or a SCORM hosting service that can handle the SCORM API calls and manage the tracking data. If you only want to view the course content without tracking, you can publish it for the web and upload it to your website. Alternatively, you might try uploading your SCORM package to SCORM Cloud, which is designed to run SCORM content outside of an LMS. SCORM Cloud allows you to upload SCORM packages, generate a link or embed code, and integrate the course into your website. You can then track learner progress through SCORM Cloud’s dashboard.
I didn’t quite understand, but why is the Articulate Storyline file in this link working successfully while the project file I shared above is not working? What is the difference between the two? Both are projects created in Storyline and exported as SCORM 1.2.

It is a significant difference. I would suggest going through these articles to get started.
To publish for web distribution, as initially suggested, please follow the steps in this link
After you move the published files to a web server, send learners a link to the story.html file, which is the file that launches your course.- nyana2 days agoCommunity Member
I finally solved the problem. I just made the video quality static in the settings section.
