Hello Stephan!

Thanks so much for reaching out, and I'm sorry you have been experiencing this issue with viewing your course on Firefox 103. 

This morning, we have a brand new update to our most recent version of Storyline 360 (Build 3.66.28355.0) that resolves this issue of courses loading without media on the first slide within Firefox 103. 

As a first step, I recommend updating Storyline 360 to the latest version. Here's how:

Thanks for your quick reply. Exporting the projects again after having updated to today's version of Storyline indeed does the trick -- great!

I guess we'll just have to export and deploy every previous project again. But good that this got fixed so quickly!
