Projects not showing when uploaded to Review

I finished making a project in Storyline and published it to Review 360. The option to view it in Review 360 is there and I'm able to view it, however if I click back into my dashboard it is nowhere...

Thanks for reaching out!

Since Review 360 projects are tied to a user's account, please try logging out of both the Articulate 360 website (https://360.articulate.com/), and the Articulate 360 Desktop App and then signing back in again to see if this helps. You can also try clearing your browser's cache. If the issue persists, do the following: 

  • Reach out to your IT staff and ask them to add Articulate's endpoints to your network configuration
  • If adding the endpoints doesn't work, open a support case so we can take a closer look at what's happening.
