Properties Panel missing when icon clicked
Hi there. I have discovered a really annoying glitch with the Edit Properties Panel - when I click on the cog icon to access the Properties Panel nothing happens - the dialog box doesn't appear. It isn't hidden behind any other pop-up panel.
I am viewing Storyline on an attached monitor to my laptop and returning the application to the laptop screen only occasionally (randomly) helps - clicking the icon (or right-clicking the background are) brings up the dialog panel.
Has anyone else encountered and solved this glitch?

I am sorry that you are experiencing this odd behavior! Let's see if we can get things back on track for you. I have a couple of questions for you:
- Does this only seem to happen when you are using a 2nd monitor?
- Does the same behavior happen if you are working on your laptop with no monitor attached?
- May I ask if you could share a screen recording or a screenshot of the issue you are seeing? That would help out greatly to help determine what might be taking place here.

Try detaching the external monitor. I did that and it appeared to work.
