Proxy Settings

Why am I being asked to provide proxy settings to enable access to Storyline 360?  This is something I have never experienced before.

    Hi Doris,

    If you're being prompted to provide proxy credentials, chances are your organization is operating behind a proxy server. The article below shares more:

    Articulate 360 Proxy Credentials

    If your organization is behind a proxy server, your Articulate 360 desktop app will detect it and prompt you to enter your proxy credentials so you can access all the resources included with your subscription.

    Reach out to your IT team to confirm this, and if that's not the case, connect with our support team to take a closer look and why this is appearing. They'll be happy to lend a hand!
