Publish a Course to MS Stream

It looks like MS Streams only accepts video files, so the content will not be interactive.

Leslie, here's a question for you...I see Articulate Online is going away and being replaced by Rise. If my organization buys a Rise license, can we publish courses as if it were an LMS and have our employees access them online there? Does that act as a pseudo-LMS?
