Publish Articulate module in LTI Format

Hi Jonathan and Ger,

We've not made any decisions on LTI, as it's a competitor of SCORM, and our output currently can be exported for SCORM, AICC, and Tin Can API. Among those three categories, it covers a large share of the options for tracking, reporting, and connecting content to a  Learning Management System (LMS). 

We'll continue to track requests here in E-Learning Heroes and any submitted as a feature request here.
