Publish to clients eLearning platform
I sent my client the Rise 360 courses I designed but it asks them them to sign in how do i send them to my client without having to sign into my account.

you have to export you courses (LMS = SCORM or Web = HTML) and send them the file so they can upload it on their system. They have to tell you which settings they need in a scorm version. If you want to send them a preview of your course so they can give you feedback you can use either the share (course preview) or the review version (preview with comments).
