Publish to Web output changed

We have Storyline 360 x64, version 3.89.32618.0. When we publish to web, we sometimes get a story_html5.html file, and sometimes we do not. We always get the story.html file, but when we get ...
It is unlikely the March one was published in Match this year as that would be from a very old version of storyline that includes flash fliles in the published output. The July is what happens now. You probably have a machine with an old version of storyline.
the explanation is simple, is was exported in March with Storyline32 and in July with Storyline64
- Storyline 3.90 (32 bit) can still publish Flash today, but only for old .story files
- Storyline 3.90 (64 bit) not
