Publish to Word not working since I updated to Office 365

Hello everyone, 🎉
I have some great news to share! We just released another update for Storyline 360. In Update 91, we’ve included important fixes and new features. One of the new features we’ve included is:
- Enhance security when publishing courses to Microsoft Word, which now supports the modern DOCX file format
Launch the Articulate 360 desktop app on your computer to take advantage of this update, and click the Update button next to Storyline 360. You’ll find our step-by-step instructions here.

Thanks for reaching out and sharing the details of what you are experiencing as well as the version and recent update information.
Microsoft Office 365 is a supported environment for publishing to Word from Storyline 360 if the apps are installed on your desktop.
- Are the apps installed on your local machine or are you using the online version?
- Are you getting an error or is nothing happening?

The apps are installed on my PC. I have a Word icon and can open a blank word document from my laptop and not the online app. The 64 bit version is installed.
