Publish to Word not working since I updated to Office 365

I have some great news to share! We just released another update for Storyline 360. In Update 91, we’ve included important fixes and new features. One of the new features we’ve included is:
- Enhance security when publishing courses to Microsoft Word, which now supports the modern DOCX file format
Launch the Articulate 360 desktop app on your computer to take advantage of this update, and click the Update button next to Storyline 360. You’ll find our step-by-step instructions here.

If you are using the web app version of Word 365, note that this version is currently not supported in Articulate 360. You can check this article to see which versions of Microsoft Office are supported.
If you have the desktop version of Office 365 installed, reach out to our support team by opening a case so we can take a look at your computer's environment.
