Published course not displaying in Edge
Hi Rachel,
Thanks for reaching out!
One quick way to test if the issue is environmental is by publishing your course to a different format to see if it will load. Note that if the issue is environmental, you'll need to reach out to Sharepoint's support team for further assistance. Here's how to check - If you are using Storyline 360, try publishing your course to Review 360, and if you are using Storyline 3, publish your course for web distribution and open the course locally by launching the 'story.html' file.
If you are able to replicate the behavior in Review 360 or by opening your course locally, try importing your project slides to a new project file, and if that doesn't work, reach out to our support team by opening a case so we can take a closer look at what's happening.
Let us know how it goes!
Thanks
I have done as above and the only thing I can see that is diff with this course is that I have an MP4 video in one of the slides. It still just sits with the wheel trying to load. All my other courses on SP are fine but dont have a video included. Could it be that causing the issue?

Hi Rachel,
That could indeed be a possibility. Try publishing your course without the video to see how it behaves. If your course loads properly without the video, try re-encoding your video file using Handbrake to see if this fixes the issue. Here's a quick look at how to re-encode videos in Handbrake.

I should research it again. I have a pretty good idea to give it a new perspective in the video.
