Not sure if this is related I am also having issues publishing. I am trying to publish a power point that I have imported to Storyline.

I have tried to publish as both web and SCORM and get an error message stating that

    I apologize. It looks like we missed your reply here. I have not seen similar reports tied to publishing, but we'd be happy to help you.

    I'm curious if the issue happens in any course you are working on or just this particular one? Are you able to preview this course?

    • If you cannot re-create the issue in a new course, I recommend importing the file into a new one and proceeding.
    • If it's happening in any/all files, you should conduct a repair of your software.

      I have updated the latest chrome browser, and preview it with the module (and old modules). It work good so far.
