Are you using the most recent version of Storyline 360 to publish your project? If you aren't using the most recent version, please update to the most recent version and republish your course to see if this fixes the issue.
If you're already on the most recent version, would you be willing to upload a copy of your project file here or in private through a support case so we can check what's happening?

I am working on the latest version. I have a curriculum of 18 elearning modules and only two of them are giving me this issue. Unfortunately due to the nature of the content, I am unable to upload for you to check. Sadly... I appreciate your time to respond.
