Publishing / Reporting and Tracking - Using triggers greyed out

Hi there,

Does anyone have any idea why the using triggers would be greyed out in my publishing dialogue window? I used this feature January 26 in one file and went back to the same file and the feature is greyed out? I feel like this issue has come up before but I cannot find a record of it.

I have gone back through existing files where we have used this publishing feature and they are all greyed out. Nothing has changed in the files, just re-opening them. I cannot get the published files to communicate properly to my LMS without that feature. I look forward to hearing from someone.
