Publishing a Storyline course as an mp4 but it doesn't include the layers

An mp4 published from a Storyline file will show layers—if there are "show layer" triggers that would run without clicking. For example "Show layer [name] when timeline ends."
An mp4 can't show anything that requires clicking. When you preview the file, if you need to click to advance and/or show something, that won't be in the video.
