Publishing files - format option not showing
Hello,
I noticed a difference in the publishing option between two Storyline files, but not able to figure out why. I am using Storyline 3.
In the first screenshot, you can see "format: HTML 5 with Flash fallback" but in the second one this isnt an option. This then causes a difference when loaded into Moodle - with the first one being perfectly in the player (publish no scroll image), but the second one, you have to scroll to see the player (publish yes scroll image).
any ideas on what to do to fix this issue?

First, the reason you no longer see the "HTML 5 with Flash Fallback" publishing format is that Adobe discontinued Flash at the end of 2020. That means the Story file was created with an older version of Storyline.
Next, our first troubleshooting step for possible LMS issues is to test your course in SCORM Cloud. Have you tested your course in SCORM cloud? It's an online LMS environment that can be used to figure out whether the issue is with the LMS or the Story file. If you test your course on SCORM cloud and it looks as it should, then your issue is likely LMS-based.

in the player settings you can change the behaviour of the main scroller
Scale player to fill browser window -> no scroller
Lock player at optimal size -> scroller (if the browser window is to small)
