Publishing in AICC from Articulate RISE
Hello
We have been asked to share one of our contents via AICC Link with the wider NHS Trusts. I have developed this content in Articulate Rise. Does anyone know the exact steps to generate the link?
Many thanks

My understanding is that the published Rise course needs to still be hosted somewhere that can generate a link, but that Rise itself cannot generate those links.
Like, I can create a video in Premiere, and I can host it on my OneDrive and create a link to share with others so that people can access the video, but Premiere does not itself create hyperlinks because it's a video editor, not a hosting service.

Thank you Andrew. So does this mean that a link can and should be provided by my hosting platform, for example Totara?

I can't say as I'm not familiar with Totara at all. I Googled a bit and found documentation suggesting the SCORM activity plugin can accept a URL but nothing that speaks to creating one. That said, I see a difference between Totara linking users to a Rise course you've hosted elsewhere versus external users accessing a Rise course you've hosted on Totara. Perhaps whoever's asking for the link can clarify what they hope to happen and who the link serves?

It may just be they need an AICC package which you can publish from Rise. Or as you work in the NHS they may want an OLM link

Thank you Phil. It is another Trust who want to share their Rise Content via AICC via their Moodle LMS to our Totara LMS and visa versa.

You cannot directly share may be simpler to just share the packages, it would be possible using something like scorm dispatch or the OLM connector.

Thank you. They are not keen to share just SCORM as they want to capture data from Moodle too and they want to be able to push content updates to us automatically. Thank you for looking into it though.
