publishing modules - long delay due to large image count

It takes me about 45 minutes to publish my two largest modules - they have 2-4 questions banks (4ith 8-12 questions each) and maybe 14 images in each module, so pretty minimal, plus icons for Knowledge Checks and certificates.

I'm hoping to get help on: how to publish faster.

I'm using version 3.53.25436.0

    Thank you for reaching out and sharing what you are experiencing when publishing your project.

    I'm curious if you've made many edits to this course or perhaps started with a template? There may be some deleted or unused items that are still a part of the file.

    I'd recommend that you import the file into a new one and see if this helps your publishing time.

    If you'd prefer to have our support team take a look, you can share your .story file privately by uploading it here. It will be deleted when troubleshooting is complete.
