Publishing Storyline 360 to ELM -- blank screen?

Has anyone had the experience of publishing Storyline 360 to Oracle ELM (PeopleSoft Enterprise Learning Management) and when the learner tries to launch the on-demand lesson, it opens to a ...
I would echo oliviaparker09 check the console that will give you some meaningful data.
In particular, I'd look for:
- Cross-Origin Resource Sharing (CORS) errors
- Blocked JavaScript files
- Mixed content (HTTP/HTTPS) warnings
- SCORM API communication errors
- 404/403 errors in the Network tab
The console output will usually tell you very quickly whether this is a content issue, a hosting issue, or a browser security restriction.
